Subrecipient Agreement (SRA)

On December 28, 2018, the Puerto Rico Department of Housing (PRDOH) and Foundation for Puerto Rico (FPR) executed a Memorandum of Understanding, Contract No. 2019-000064, to undertake the Whole Community Resilience Planning Program (WCRP).

Acuerdo de Subrecipiente

El 28 de diciembre de 2018, el Departamento de la Vivienda de Puerto Rico (Vivienda) y Foundation for Puerto Rico (FPR) firmaron un Memorando de Entendimiento, Contrato No. 2019-000064, para desarrollar el Programa de Planificación Integral de la Resiliencia Comunitaria (WCRP).

SRA Ammendment A

On October 3, 2019, PRDOH and FPR agreed to modify the Memorandum of Understanding via Amendment A, Contract No. 2019-000064A, for the purpose of renaming the agreement as a Subrecipient Agreement (SRA), and incorporating, replacing, removing, and renumbering the Exhibits, as well as incorporating, modifying, and amending multiple terms and conditions.

Enmienda A

El 3 de octubre de 2019, Vivienda y FPR acordaron modificar el Memorando de Entendimiento mediante la Enmienda A, Contrato No. 2019-000064A, con el propósito de cambiar el nombre del acuerdo como: Acuerdo de Subrecipiente (SRA, por sus siglas en inglés), e incorporar, reemplazar, eliminar y renumerar los Anexos, así como incorporar, modificar y enmendar múltiples términos y condiciones.

SRA Ammendment B

On April 19, 2021, PRDOH and FPR agreed to Parties agreed to modify the SRA via Amendment B, Contract No. 2019-000064B, with the purpose of adjusting the original budget allocated and incorporating, replacing, removing, and renumbering the Exhibit, as well as incorporating, modifying, and amending multiple terms and conditions.

Enmienda B

El 19 de abril de 2021, Vivienda y FPR acordaron modificar el SRA mediante la Enmienda B, Contrato No. 2019-000064B, con el propósito de ajustar el presupuesto original asignado e incorporar, reemplazar, eliminar y renumerar el Anexo (Exhibit), así como también para incorporar, modificar y enmendar múltiples términos y condiciones.

This section contains information regarding policies and tools available to fulfill Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act, and Minority and/or Women owned Business Enterprises (MWBE) requirements for participation of new hires, training, contracting and other economic opportunities with CDBG-DR funding. All PRDOH contractors, Subrecipients and general public are invited to check out the features below and reach out to our office with any inquiry regarding the tools available to Section3CDBG@vivienda.pr.gov and / or section3MWBE@foundationpr.org
